New York City is a violent jungle these days, with skyrocketing crime everywhere. Law and order is even harder to maintain when the government is soft on crime. The NYPD just announced that they would “flood” Times Square with 50 more officers after the second shooting in recent weeks of an innocent bystander.
Police are hunting for a gunman who opened fire in Times Square, resulting in the shooting of Samuel Poulin, a recent CVitadel graduate, who was walking in the area with his family.

The NYPD released a new video of the shooting in hopes of catching the gunman:

The suspect shot a recent Citadel graduate and second lieutenant at around 5 pm on Sunday. Samuel Poulin was just an innocent bystander when a dispute broke out in the area.
