The porous state of America’s southern border continues to worsen as border crossings continue to reach record highs. The Biden regime shows no appreciable motivation to secure America’s border. This is the fundamental duty of the Commander in Chief and Biden has failed misserably.
With Kamala Harris’ trip to Guatemala, it’s not looking so good for the VP because the President of Guatemala, Alejandro Giammattei just criticized the Biden administration. He said Biden’s “message” is playing a large part in the greatest upsurge in border crossings into America in over two decades.
He attributes the administration’s message of wishing to unite families living separately in the United States and Central America as a contributing factor in the flood of border-crossing.
Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies had already posed the question of whether this trip by Harris could backfire. His prediction is already coming to fruition.
Krikorian called out the New York Times for their ridiculous title to an article on whether Harris will be able to slow migration from Central America:
U.S. Aid to Central America Hasn’t Slowed Migration. Can Kamala Harris? https://t.co/Xoiy4udbB4 That’s a rhetorical question, right?
